 Big Male Yorkie Puppy
My mother just got a male yorkie puppy about two weeks ago. He was one of the larger puppies in the litter and the breeder estimated he would grow to be about 7 pounds. His mom was 6 pounds and his dad was 2 1/2. Well, at 12 weeks he is 4.8 pounds and my mom keeps calling me in a panic. She loves him to death and it really will not make a big difference how large he gets to be, but she is wondering how big he might end up. Has anyone ever had a puppy this large and how big do you think he might get? Do they typically double what they weigh at three months? |
