yeah ive heard several people who have them love them mine was just a defect, the store told me to send it to corprate and corprate said bring it to the store but since they arent making them anymroe no one wants to take it or fix it
i love it though so im about to just bring it to a seamstress and see what they can do.
I cant complain i bought it for $9 at the outlet sale last year
the best money ive spent on vera yet, and trust me ive spent plenty
