Thats horrible that he is nervous and also carsick..
Is the plane not easier and faster then ?? to spain its i think 2 hours from the uk.
I live in the netherlands...
Maybe you can also ask your vet to give him something to calm down.. so that he is not so stressed and maybe he wont vomit then.
