Well, THIS is one for the books!! Usually, as you're probably well aware, poos from raw-fed dogs are tiny, hard, super-dry, and almost powdery - so I'm surprised there is anything "attractive" that makes him want to dive in.
Hmmm...well, has the consistency of his poos changed at all? Are they more smelly, voluminous than usual or anything? If so, then I wonder if a) is he not absorbing everything or b) is he getting into anything at all?
You do mention various treats - so I wonder if those are moving through partially undigested - and making his poos appetizing.
Wylie went through this when he was eating kibble (now on NV) - I bought Solid Gold's S.E.P. (stop eating poop), used it for a month, he never ate poo again. I've heard of others sprinkling meat tenderizer and it supposedly accomplishes the same type of thing.
