My Sammy sometimes coughs after he has been running or playing. If I make him drink water, he quits. It is generally a short period of time as it gets better when he drinks water. I can't tell if he is having some type of allergy or what. He doesn't have a collapsed trachea as he has done this the whole time we've had him and has had several vet visits when getting his shots. Just curious if it is something serious. Forgot to mention he is about 6 months old. We've had him since he was 12 weeks. Got him from a good breeder. Thanks
