Sounds like you did everything right to me by rushing her into the ER vet. I'm glad she's ok, walking into a bees next like that can be very life threatening. I'd definately take the bees nest out though, she may not be so lucky next time. Our Boxer mix from year back got stung by a bee one day and his throat started sweling shut, his face was so swollen as well as his neck. The ER vet gave him injections and I had to stay up all night with him to make sure the swelling didn't come back and had to give him meds (benadryl) through the night.
