Please go read some of the threads in the Traveling with Your Yorkie forum about flying. There are a lot of great threads with so much good advice. These threads will cover everything - buying a ticket, getting a health certificate, finding the carrier, etc.
Then when you have some other specific questions let us know. I just went thru this & asked lots of questions
