You're probably just going to have to wait it out then. Keep them completely seperated with doors shut, AND I would keep diapers and bellybands on. Keep them apart for about 3 weeks to be safe. You'll probably have a lot of trouble getting him to eat, but I'd feed him whatever you can that he'll eat.
