NV medallions have everything needed in them...you'd only be overdoing the vitamins and minerals if you supplement...it could throw ratios off. I do give fish oil/vitamin E with the raw and that's pretty much the only supplement I think is really needed (well..not necessary but it helps with my dog's coat)
