Poor dog!!. I wish owners would stop to think how it would feel if they were in that position. You should've called the cops. I know in most places they don't do anything, but maybe it would have scared the owner. I read not to long ago where a dog had died because the owner duct taped his mouth shut because he wouldn't stop barking. Since the poor dog couldn't pant or get water he died of a heat stroke. It's awful the things people do. They may not have to answer while there alive but I firmly believe that one day they will have to answer to a higher power and the punishment will be far worse than they can imagine. |
