I really dont know how to approach this

So, I feel like such a BAD Momma yall! Trixie had her vet appt. today too and he checked her and all (Im sure Ill post up a rant about that whole deal soon), but looked at her teeth and they are so horrid!
I dont know how I could not have noticed this before as I was always checking her for everything...
. She has plack and everything on her teeth, and he honestly didn't give me any tips, or insight on how to get rid of it...
Any tips?
I feel so bad!!
