Try a water additive. Suzie's tartar control liquid works great. You can also get a water additive at major pet stores. Use Petzlife gel for cleaning. Check the quality of the food you are feeding, that can have a lot to do with it. My girls have never had doggie breath, even before I started using the water additive. Have you discussed this issue with your vet? It could be a sign of something wrong.
