Is the film clear or cloudy? I know you said, "clear" but I was confused as to how you would have seen a clear "spot" on a clear cornea a month ago, so I'm wondering if it's more cloudy than clear.

If it's truly clear, it may just be part of the anatomy of the eye. If it's cloudy, it may not be a good thing. I would google eye anatomy and see if something jumps out at you (until you can call the vet tomorrow of course).
