That is just terrible, some people! Post a sign in your yard stating no dog poop allowed or please clean up your dog poop (or something to that nature). It may help, it may not, but you can try. I do like what you did! One of my neighbors called the pound on another neighbor's loose dog. Had the dog picked up. Another neighbor phoned the cops about a loose dog in the neighborhood. The cops told the owner of the dog if it got loose again they would give her a citation and turn the dog into the pound! (And thats the drama in my neighborhood)! Maybe try this! Good Luck!!!
