A couple of months ago I bought a stowaway through a petsmart catalog. I loved the carseat, but my little JPop would get all twisted up in the safety strap because it didn't have the little swivel thing, so I returned it to petsmart. Well, yesterday, I received a Safety Clip Enhancement Kit from Flexi-Mat, the maker of Stowaway. The safety clip fit on the strap and included the swivel thing. I emailed them and told them my story, and told them I would like to have another stowaway, but not to have to pay shipping. Also, I paid 64.99 through petsmart, and theirs is 89.00. Of course if they agree to ship me another, I'll only agree to pay 64.99. Just letting you know incase anyone else had one. They also said on the enclosed paper it was for purchases made after April 1, 2005.
