We had the same problem last year. Our neighbor's backyard was fenced in, yet, every afternoon, she would let her large dog out to poop in my front yard. I also would shove it back in her front yard, right in front of her.
Hubby got tired of it, and we had a private fenced put up, then she had gall enough to come complain to my hubby that the fence blocked her view. (sigh)
I did see a product the other day at either Lowe's or Home Depot, it was called Stay Out My Garden. It is suppose to deter unwanted pets for using the area as their potty spot. I have never used it, but a lady that was buying some , said it worked.
I just don't understand the rudness of others.
