My fletcher does this... I took him to the vet for it. The vet had never seen anything like it in her life. He just looks like his mouth is opening and closing when he stops licking for a minute or two, then it stops moving. Its the funniest thing, but apparently is not a problem really! He is not really a licker though... I mean he does lick, but not constantly. So I dunno!
