Milo had this surgery a year and a half ago. You would never know, I think it was more traumatic for me then him, the hardest part was keeping him less active after. I slept on an aero bed on the floor and blocked off all jumping spaces. They told us we would have to go to rehab afterwards but when we went back for our follow up the Vet said he was rehabing himself and was doing fine. I will make one suggestion, when you pick your baby up after the surgery(Milo stayed overnight) the next day bring someone with you, I did not and then he started to move and I panicked, it is better if you have someone else driving you. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to PM me with any questions.

Good Luck

Cheryl
