I think if it had been pancreatitis, he would be VERY sick by now. And dehydrated. Although, maybe a mild case of it? I know that they can usually tell just by the blood test, but they like to do the xrays b/c it may be something that they can SEE in the stomach that's causing the problem (like if he ingested something that's blocking his digestive system). Max had pancreatitis once and he was really sick...wouldn't even go near any food or water and was vomiting white frothy stuff constantly. He had to stay in the vet hospital over the weekend on IV's. He's fine now but on a special diet and he hasn't had any other episodes of it since. Which is a good thing; it's very frightening to see them so sick! Good luck with your little one; I hope he'll be ok!
