Denosyl isn't necessary (because she doesn't really have symptoms) but it can only help. I decided that since Ellie's bile acids went up to 106 without Denosyl, it would be best to use it (no shunt or mvd as far as the vets can tell). I'd like to maintain her on diet alone but her BA are just too high and I don't want to find out later that it could've helped her if I used it and I chose not to, so I will continue. I don't like the price though. |
Denosyl is pricey huh?
hopefully her bile acids won't go up anymore and she won't need them. i hope they go down in the next few months when i test her again.
