That's what is horrible. It's like you are taking the best years of the cat's life. It's easy to rehome a kitten, but it's extremely hard next to impossible to rehome an elderly cat. How could the woman not have formed a closeknit bond with this cat if she had owned it its whole life? Unbelievable! Some people!
