I think my baby's adult hair is finally coming in. She is 9 months old, which seems late for the hair change. When did your little one change their hair?

Unfortunately, she has a huge knot/mat from where she was scratching, so I'll have to shave it off. I think I'm going to cry when they cut her hair off.
