My little boy, Itty Bitty, was acting like his mouth was bothering him so when I looked at his teeth I realized he has two rows on teeth on the top and the top set seems to be protruding out toward his front gums. I have never had a puppy with a double row like this and I was wondering what others have experienced with this. Itty Bitty is just 6 1/2 months old and just weighs around 2 lbs. I will be calling the vet tomorrow but I am concerned about his size and having to get teeth pulled. The top set looks like it is just breaking through the skin so it seems like it would be hard to pull them being so tiny. Any input would be appreciated.
