MVD is microvascular dysplasia. Its basically a bunch of tiny microscopic shunts in the liver. It cannot be fixed surgically like a singular liver shunt (PSS), but can be dietary and medically managed. I'm not all too concerned right now based on what the vets say. I trust them completely.
Thank god i work where i do. if things get worse i don't know how i would be able to afford liver care AND bilateral LP surgery. looks like i will be at my job for a very long time. LOL
