Cane knows, and he said he will be there for her no matter what. I think he really wants to marry her and be a family. I'm not so certain that is what she will do though. She hasn't said so yet, but I have a feeling Chloe will convince her to have an abortion or something, Cane will be upset, it will tear them apart, and Lily will have a breakdown over the guilt. --this is all my own guesses.
