I did ask my vet about the weight thing. He said where there was only two pups in litter they would be larger while they were under 12 weeks or so, but that would not make them any larger as an adult. He said where there was only 2 pups in the womb, they had more room to grow. They were born by c-section due to that. He said if she had more pups, she could have probably delivered. He also thinks that both pups will weigh the same as parents which is 4 to 5 lbs. This is my first and probably last litter, not sure I want my baby to go through this again. |
