i completely understand... i can see how our "gee we had a great time with amber" is not helping. But if i were in your situation i would be really upset and diappointed as well. You paid your money now you deserve a product. Hopefully she will see this thread and see how upset you are.
This is probably a dumb question- have you pmd her? what did she say?
