Gus' breath could knock you out when he was losing his baby teeth. He had the double rows of teeth, adult growing in next to baby teeth. It looked so strange. One tooth would not fall out on its own and had to be removed by the vet.
If Meeko likes to play tug of war that might help them fall out.
Keep brushing. He may always hate it but he'll learn to accept that it is going to be done whether he likes it or not. Small dogs are prone to teeth problems so it is important to brush.
