Ok, I tried this recipi again using the ground oats (flour) instead of the wheat flour and added approx. 3/4 cup more and used approx. 1oz. less of the olive oil and they turned out perfect! I also have used the sweet potatoe and bannana baby food instead of carrots before to to switch it up a little. They really love these... they are real crunchy.
