I'm a total coffeeholic. However, since my break up I haven't had any caffeine in 4 weeks along with my diet and exercise.

First week was way hard. The past week I've been bad and had a non-fat decaf vanilla latte from Starbucks every day, but I'm going to cut back on those.
I had started making protein breakfast drinks in the a.m. instead of my coffee. My folks are visiting and so I have to make a pot of coffee for them every morning. It's torture.
