These are also the reason they end up in shelters not long after. Besides educating them as to the horrors of puppymills we need to educate on the responsibilities of dog ownership, which is a whole other problem. I don't know what the solution is but at least media attention will stop some people who may have gone to a puppymill before seeing this.
