Great job, Missy!!

I just started working out last week myself. I've been doing WW since the beginning of the year, but my weight loss has slowed down, so it was time to start exercising too!

I joined a gym, and I'm working out with a personal trainer. I'm doing strength/weights 2 days a week, and cardio 3 days a week.

What plan are you following? If you're doing WW, come join us over in the WW thread!!
