I use to be such a great skater! I went every friday and saturday night when I was a teen.
When my kids were smaller, I took them and I fell and I have not got on skates ever since!
They had a ball last night!
Ok, so for this morning, I had my weight control oatmeal and 1 small banana.
I just got done doing the biggest loser strength and sculpting workout and then I did some stretching.
I have to go to work at 11:30 and I'm going to ride my bike. It's like a mile or so.
