Should you not buy the puppy if the breeder does not pay for the S/N or not require you to S/N? Is that the question?
If the breeder has good vet references, fair, honest contract, healthy, sound pups of good quality, it would not matter to me if they S/N a pet or not..or required me to do so, I would do it myself for my pet. |
