Be careful with cellulitis, that can be dangerous.
I also wanted to say if you do go to an er, ask if they offer discounts for uninsured patients.
I work for a hospital and there is a 40% discount for uninsured patients who pay in full (the 60%) prior to discharge.
They also offer payment plans or even financial assistance for people that have very little income. Just fyi for everyone.
