I too have and continue to experience this action, or lack of I guess you can say. I used to yank the leash only to accomplish 3 feet’s worth of projectile Yorkshire amidst or followed by needless, avertable flips
And dragging. So now instead of “forcing” Tyson to walk I now just sit down with him when he decides to randomly stop walking at. Turns out, he just wants to sit on my lap for a few minutes at the location of his discretion. He doesn’t sit on my lap to often so now I just use his nuttiness to my advantage Usually we just sit for a minute or two and then he has no problem going the distance. Just go with the flow, its quite amusing to see his face when I sit down with him considering it’s the last thing he expects. |
