So, Augie, Abby & Zeus go to the vet today.

Zeus gained 1/2 lb, now he's 7.5 lbs
Augie gained 1.5 lbs, now he's 4 lbs
Abby gained 1/2 lb, now she's 4 lbs

All 3 get distemper/parvo/lepto shots.
Zeus gets bloodwork for heartworms.

Zeus is also diagnosed stage 1 LP in left knee, right seems ok.
Zeus does not need to get his teeth cleaned, he has a little tartar but they said I can just brush and he will be fine.

The first two times Augie & Abby went to get their shots, the vet gave them the shot no problem, not even a whimper. No pain or problems afterwards either. A little tired, but no pain, no swelling.

Today, diff vet, made all 3 yelp in pain when she did the shots. Now the two little guys are crying their heads off in pain. No swelling. Mom called the vet and said 1tsp baby benydryl every 2 hours as needed. They've already had 3 doses. Obviously we won't be seeing that vet again, we requested the one we saw the first two times.

Is there anything I can do to help besides the benydryl? Ice? Heat?
