No, he can not impregnate her at 11 weeks of age. But it has been known to happen at even 5 months of age (not usually but it has happened). You can neuter earlier than 6 months...many vets are neutering as early as 8 weeks now (more commonly by 16 weeks). Also, I'm kindof shocked your vet would tell you that a 4 year old female wouldn't have anymore heat cycles unless she has had some major medical issue? Normal female dogs continue to go into heat pretty much until they die...they don't go through menopause like human females. Spaying her would be the best thing for her health...most unspayed females get mammary cancer. And I would hate to see any accidents happen
