Yes dogs are allowed on trains in a carrier, also on the bus. When i take the bus i close the carrier and walk to the back incase they make noise or something. Then i let their heads out. Even tho they are allowed on buses, some bus drivers don't like dogs, if they say something tell them you know your rights and they are allowed enclosed in a carrier
