Be sure to ask him about kennel cough. My vet uses a holistic formula for kennel cough that is some little tiny bb size pellets that you put in their mouth.
My vet also sells the Nature's Variety Raw diet and the Canidae and Solid Gold dry foods. You might want to ask him about those. Also ask him if he feels it is necessary to use a probiotic supplement when feeding a homemade diet.
