Well I've decided that people say "he" or "she" without even looking at bows or what they are wearing if the are dressed. I brought Kiki into Petco today wearing a pink princess t-shirt, a purple barrette and a purple Puppia harness. Everyone that saw her called her a "HE". So I don't think having a boy's hair up in an elastic really makes a difference in my opinion.
