Maxi did the same thing last summer. He was 6 months then. So hopefully he will be a changed man this summer
I know if you pick them up right away then they would not want to socialize at all so you gotta give them a little time. Its a funny thing though because when we just walk somewhere and he sees a doggie he just goes crazy happy and wants to say hello.
