I would just watch her like a hawk until you can tell she has to go #2. As soon as you notice the signs place her on the pad. Sit with her there until she goes. It's the only thing I can think of to do. My two always wanted to poop on the pads and then pee elsewhere. Or they'd start on the pads and then do the walking poop and it would end up a few inches from the pads
at least they tried!
