I had one a long time ago on the top of my left wrist. I was very young and played alot of sports so I had it removed because it was very painful for me. I had mine about 5 years before I had it removed so it had grown what the Doctor called "roots" which were up my arm. When it was removed I had my arm in a sling for over 2 months. Once it was removed I was fine and it has never returned.
