I have one too, The first time it appeared I went to my Dr. he took a syringe and drew out the fluid in it. That helped a lot as far as the pain, he told me at the time that they usually come back, and that surgrey is the only way to get rid of it forever! Sure enough it did come back, not as bad. He also told me that sometimes they can go away on their own if they are bumped, so now when I notice that it is coming back, I apply pressure to the area and it always goes away before it becomes so large to cause the pain. I really don't know if that is the answer, but it works for mine! Mine is on my right inside of my wrist, I believe it is from using the mouse.!
