Hi welcome to YT. He is doing FANTASTIC on potty training for 12 weeks. Most Yorkies do not even start to get it until 6 months or so and most do not even fully train until well after a year. FANTASTIC!!

Biting - First I would set up a wicker basket full of his toys and keep them in one area that is accessable to him and where he'll see them. If he is biting or chewing on something he shouldn't I would say no no and then offer him a toy out of his basket. I would also leave a bullystick in there too. They are great for chewing. I know mine are older and they've had a basket of toys since they were little and only one had the chewing thing going in which the basket didn't do much good. Helped but didn't stop it completely, but my others never chewed. They always took from their basket.

Good luck.
