This is really the only explanation that I am comfortable with right now.
A vaccine manufacturer would be making more money if they used less virus because they could charge the same. They can't do that because the vaccine wouldn't be adequate. In other words, they may be putting in too much of a virus but the 100 pound Great Dane would be just as overdosed as a Yorkie because an immune system is an immune system... They really make the rabies vaccine strong and although I am not saying it should be cut in half, that one might be able to be.
