I did them at seperate times but if you can do both at once, then I definitely recommend it. At 8 months, the teeth will probably not fall out on their own so I'd have her spayed and any retained teeth pulled at the same time. I had Lacy's pulled around 8 months of age..her 4 baby canines had to be pulled
