what a great thread! We have a wonderful no kill shelter - kind of on the small side, in part because of the lack of volunteers and money. One of their big money makers is a resale shop.
The shop is located in a former men's shop with 2 floors in an older strip mall. It is really on the large size and they take donations of all kinds. It is across town, but I try to stop in occasionally to see what they have or to donate something. It is amazing to see how many brand new items get donated there. A great way to move an item that would be something you would re-gift
