Whatever you do, don't get Berber. I have it all over my house (had just been put in when we bought it). Their nails and even the wire that holds the tags on the collar get hung in it all of the time. I'm constantly having to call for repairs! It's a royal pain in the patootie! If I had my choice, I would have wood floors all over. If you go with the Berber you are just asking for frustration and aggravation!
